Tenant shall keep in force with respect to the Premises and Tenant's business and other activities therein Commercial Package liability insurance, including contractual and personal injury liability, payable on an occurrence basis, with a minimum combined limit of $1,000,000, naming Landlord and Landlord's manager for the Project as additional insureds.
