Common use of Tenant's Insurance - Other Clause in Contracts

Tenant's Insurance - Other. Tenant shall carry and maintain a Broad Form policy of insurance covering all of Tenant's property and all alterations, additions or improvements permitted under this Lease, from time to time in, on or upon the Premises in an amount not less than ninety percent (90%) of their full replacement cost from time to time during the term of this Lease, providing coverage for sprinkler damage, vandalism and malicious mischief. Such insurance shall name Landlord and Landlord's manager for the Project as additional insureds.
