TENANT'S NON-DISTURBANCE RIGHTS. So long as Tenant shall pay all Rent as the same becomes due and shall fully comply with all of the terms of this Lease and fully perform its obligations hereunder, none of Tenant's rights under this Lease shall be disturbed by the holder of any Landlord's Encumbrance which is created or otherwise comes into existence after the Commencement Date.
