Tenant’s Notice. Tenant shall give to Landlord notice at least 30 days prior to the proposed Transfer of the name and address of the proposed transferee and the proposed use of the Premises, and include in such notice the Transfer documents and copies of the proposed transferee’s balance sheets and income statements (both current and for the past 2 years to the extent available) and any other information Landlord may reasonably request.
