Tenant's Obligation to Provide Estoppel Certificates. Within ten (10) days after a written request by Landlord, Tenant shall execute and deliver to Landlord an estoppel certificate, substantially in the form of Exhibit F (or other form required by any existing or prospective lender, mortgagee, or purchaser of all or part of the Building), indicating in the certificate any exceptions to the statements in the certificate that may exist at that time. The certificate shall also contain any other information reasonably requested by Landlord or any existing or prospective lender, mortgagee, or purchaser.
