TENANT’S OPTION TO BREAK. 6.1 Subject to clause 6.2, if the Tenant gives to the Landlord not less than nine months' written notice expiring on the Break Date specified in the Lease Details then this Lease and the term created by it shall come to an end on the Break Date without prejudice to the parties' subsisting rights of action.
