TENANT'S PERSONAL PROPERTY INSURANCE AND XXXXXXX'X COMPENSATION INSURANCE. The provisions of this Paragraph 8 shall modify Lease Paragraph 11 ("Tenant's Personal Property Insurance and Xxxxxxx'x Compensation Insurance"), as follows: Tenant's obligation to insure the leasehold improvements owned by Tenant within the Leased Premises shall be limited to those leasehold improvements owned by Tenant that are not covered by real property insurance Landlord obtains pursuant to Lease Paragraph 12 ("Property Insurance") as amended in Paragraph 5 above.
