Tenant's Property and Business Interruption Insurance. All insurance proceeds payable by reason of any loss of or damage to any of Tenant's Personal Property and the business interruption insurance maintained for the benefit of Tenant shall be paid to Tenant; provided, however, no such payments shall diminish or reduce the insurance payments otherwise payable to or for the benefit of Landlord hereunder.
