Common use of Tenant’s Property Insurance Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Property Insurance. Tenant, at its own cost and expense, shall maintain on all of Tenant’s Property a policy of standard fire and extended coverage insurance, with vandalism and malicious mischief endorsements, to the extent of at least one hundred percent (100%) of their replacement cash value. The proceeds of any such policy that become payable due to damage, loss or destruction of such property shall be used by Tenant for the repair or replacement thereof.
