Tenant’s Property Insurance. Subject to the requirements of ¶16.e., Tenant at its cost shall either by separate policy or by endorsement to a policy already carried, maintain insurance coverage on all of Tenant’s personal property and Tenant’s leasehold improvements in, on or about the Premises similar in coverage to that carried by the Insuring Party under ¶16.
