Common use of Tenant’s Property Insurance Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Property Insurance. Tenant, at its sole cost, shall either by separate policy or, at Landlord's option, by endorsement to a policy already carried, maintain insurance coverage on all of Tenant's personal property in, on, under, or about the Premises similar in coverage to that carried under Paragraph 7.2 hereof. Such insurance shall be full replacement cost coverage with a deductible of not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($5,000.00) per occurrence. The proceeds from any such insurance shall be used by Tenant for the replacement of personal property.
