TENANT'S QUITCLAIM. On the expiration of the Term, the Building and all other improvements located on the Premises shall become the absolute property of Landlord, and Tenant agrees to execute, acknowledge, and deliver to Landlord, if requested by Landlord, a proper instrument in writing, releasing and quitclaiming to Landlord all right, title and interest of Tenant in and to the Premises and all improvements thereon (including the Building).
