Common use of Tenant’s Remedy Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Remedy. If, as a consequence of a default by Landlord under this Lease, Tenant recovers a money judgment against Landlord, such judgment shall be satisfied only against the right, title and interest of Landlord in the Building, and neither Landlord nor Landlord's Agents shall be liable for any deficiency.
