Tenant's Right to Contest Liens. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth above, if Tenant shall in good faith contest the validity of any such lien, claim or demand, then Tenant shall, at its expense, defend itself and Landlord against the same and shall pay and satisfy any adverse judgment that may be rendered thereon before the enforcement thereof against Landlord or the Leased Premises. A condition to Tenant's right to contest the validity of any lien, claim or demand shall be that if Landlord shall require, Tenant shall furnish to Landlord evidence of a surety bond satisfactory to Landlord in an amount at least equal to the contested lien, claim or demand, the effect of which is to indemnify Landlord against liability for the same, and to hold the Leased Premises free from the effect of such lien or claim.
