Tenant’s Right to Discontinue Use. Tenant reserves the right to discontinue its use of the Dish at any time prior to the termination of the Lease or any renewal or extension thereof for any reason whatsoever, provided that Tenant gives thirty (30) days prior written notice thereof to Landlord.
