TENANT’S RIGHT TO QUIET ENJOYMENT. The tenant is entitled to quiet enjoyment of the premises without interruption by the lessor or any person claiming by, through or under the lessor or having superior title to that of the lessor.
TENANT’S RIGHT TO QUIET ENJOYMENT. The landlord agrees:
TENANT’S RIGHT TO QUIET ENJOYMENT. Tenant shall peaceful and quiet enjoyment of premises during the Lease term, provided that Tenant complies with the Lease.
TENANT’S RIGHT TO QUIET ENJOYMENT. Tenant, upon paying the Net Rent, Capital Costs, Common Area Rent, Additional Rent and other charges herein provided for, and upon timely observing and keeping all covenants, agreements and conditions of this Lease to be kept on its part, shall quietly have and enjoy the Property during the Term of this Lease without hindrance or molestation by anyone claiming by, through or under Landlord; subject, however, to the exceptions, reservations, Permitted Exceptions and conditions of this Lease.
TENANT’S RIGHT TO QUIET ENJOYMENT. Upon paying the rents and other sums required of Tenant under the Lease and faithfully and fully performing the terms, conditions and covenants of the Lease on Tenant’s part to be performed, Tenant shall peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises for the Term.
TENANT’S RIGHT TO QUIET ENJOYMENT. 2.1. The Landlord must not interrupt or interfere with the Tenant’s right to quiet enjoyment of the Property so long as the Tenant pays the rent and observes the Tenant’s Obligations under this Agreement.
TENANT’S RIGHT TO QUIET ENJOYMENT. Subject to Tenant’s compliance with the terms of the Lease, Landlord will covenant that Tenant shall have quiet enjoyment of the Premises.
TENANT’S RIGHT TO QUIET ENJOYMENT. Notwithstanding such subordination, as to hereafter occurring matters, Tenant's right to quiet enjoyment of the premises shall not be disturbed if Tenant is not in default and so long as Tenant shall pay the rent and observe and perform all of the provisions of this Lease, unless this Lease is otherwise terminated pursuant to its terms.
TENANT’S RIGHT TO QUIET ENJOYMENT. If the Tenant pays the rent reserved by and complies with all its other obligations under this lease, the Landlord will allow the Tenant to utilise the Premises without any interruption or disturbance from the Landlord or from anyone lawfully claiming through, under or in trust for it.
TENANT’S RIGHT TO QUIET ENJOYMENT. As long as no Default exists, --------------------------------- Tenant shall peacefully and quietly have and enjoy the Premises for the Term, free from interference by Landlord, subject, however, to the provisions of this Lease. The loss or reduction of Tenant's light, air or view will not be deemed a disturbance of Tenant's occupancy of the Premises nor will it affect Tenant's obligations under this Lease or create any liability of Landlord to Tenant. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, Landlord hereby covenants that (a) the Building shall be operated in a manner consistent with first-class office buildings in the Sarasota, Florida area and (b) so long as Tenant is not in default under this Lease, Tenant shall and may quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises and every part thereof leased hereunder free from disturbance by Landlord or its officers, agents, employees, successors, assignees or tenants or by anyone (whether the holder of a lien or otherwise) claiming by, through or under Landlord.
