Common use of Tenant’s Rights to Cure or Repair Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Rights to Cure or Repair. If any damage to the Property or to Tenant or to other users of the Property, results from any act, omission or neglect of User or of User’s contractors, agents or employees, Tenant may, at Tenant’s option, repair such damage and User will, upon demand by Tenant, promptly reimburse Tenant for the total cost of such repairs in excess of the amount, if any, paid to Tenant under insurance covering such damages.
