Common use of Tenant's Subleases Clause in Contracts

Tenant's Subleases. Whether or not Landlord elects to terminate this Lease on account of any default by Tenant, Landlord may: (a) terminate any sublease, license, concession, or other consensual arrangement for possession entered into by Tenant and affecting the Premises, (b) choose to succeed to Tenant's interest in such an arrangement. If Landlord elects to succeed to Tenant's interest in such an arrangement, Tenant shall, as of the date of notice by Landlord of that election, have no further right to, or interest in, the Rent or other consideration receivable under that arrangement.
