Common use of Tenant’s Waiver of Liability Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Waiver of Liability. Provided and to the extent that any injury or damage suffered by Tenant or Tenant’s agents, clients, contractors, directors, employees, invitees, officers, partners, and/or shareholders did not arise out of the breach of this Lease or negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord or the negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord’s agents, contractors, employees, officers, partners or shareholders, Tenant shall make no claim against Landlord and Landlord shall not be liable or responsible in any way for, and Tenant hereby waives all claims against Landlord with respect to or arising out of injury or damage to any person or property in or about the Premises by or from any cause whatsoever under the reasonable control or management of Tenant.
