Tenant shall keep and maintain a standard form worker’s compensation and employer’s liability insurance covering all Tenant’s employees for injury or illness suffered in the course of or arising out of their employment, providing statutory worker’s compensation benefits and employer’s liability limits of not less than One Million and 00/100 Dollars ($1,000,000.00).
