TENANT'S WRITTEN CONFIRMATION. Tenant shall execute such documents as Landlord may request as Tenant's knowledge of the presence of Hazardous Materials in, on, about or under the Property. On each anniversary of the Commencement Date, Tenant shall, upon request, give Landlord a letter stating the during the preceding year Tenant complied with this Section 18 or, if Tenant has not so complied, stating the details of noncompliance.
