TENDER DOSSIERS. 6.1 The IE Bid shall enclose two separate subfolders as follows: (a) The subfolder “A” with the indication “PARTICIPATION DOCUMENTS” which shall include the supporting documents and information referred to in article 7 hereof and the IE Bidder’s Participation Letter of Guarantee referred to in article 11 hereof. (b) The subfolder “B” with the indication “FINANCIAL BID,” which shall include the details of the IE Financial Bid of the IE Bidder, as described in article 8 hereof. Each subfolder must be sealed and clearly labeled externally with the corresponding title as above. 6.2 Each IE Bidder shall be required to submit the IE Bid in hard copy as follows: (a) one (1) original, which shall bear the word “ORIGINAL” and (b) one (1) copy, which shall bear the word “COPY”. 6.3 The word "ORIGINAL" shall be written on the single sealed file containing the original, and in the event of a mismatch this shall prevail over the copy. 6.4 Each of the aforementioned enclosed subfolders (article 6.2) of the IE Bids must necessarily have the following indications: Xx. 00, Xxxxxxxxx Xxx, xxxxxx xxxx 000 00, Xxxxxx (To the attention of Xx. Xxxx Chouchourelou) 6.5 Subject to the following paragraph, all the documentation of IE Bid shall be submitted either in originals or duly certified copies. 6.6 Additionally, all of the documentation included in the original Tender Dossier shall also be submitted in electronic form, saved on a non-rewritable electronic device (e.g. CD, DVD) and in an easily accessible format as follows: (a) an electronic data storage device which shall exclusively include the contents of subfolder A of the Tender Dossier and which shall be within the enclosed subfolder A and (b) an electronic data storage device which shall exclusively include the content of subfolder B of the Tender Dossier and which shall be within the enclosed subfolder B. 6.7 Original documents in any language other than Greek may be submitted in this language, on condition that they are accompanied by an official translation in Greek (in accordance with the applicable Greek legislation). In case of doubt, ambiguity or mismatch between the texts, the text of the translation in Greek shall prevail. An exception is made for the documents of incorporation of legal entities and the relevant corporate documents, the letters of guarantee and the documents issued by foreign authorities, in respect of which the original text shall prevail in the event of a mismatch, doubt, and ambiguity. Similarly, when the translation of national regulations and official specifications and/or other equivalent texts are required, the original version shall prevail. 6.8 All public documents relating to foreign persons to be submitted by IE Bidders to the IE Tender shall be duly authorized either by the competent Consulate in the IE Bidder’s country of establishment or by affixing an Apostille in accordance with the Hague Convention of 5-10-1961 (which was ratified by Law 1497/84), so that their 6.9 In the event that any of the supporting documents referred to in article 7 below is not issued by the respective country of the IE Bidder, such document may be replaced by a sworn statement or, if this is not applicable, by a statement of the authorized representatives of the IE Bidder before a judicial or administrative authority, notary public, or the competent professional body in the respective country of establishment. Each sheet of the original IE Bid must be initialed by the authorized representative of the IE Bidder or in case of a consortium, by the legal representatives of the members or their joint representative. 6.11 IE Bidders are invited to properly prepare and submit their bid, to take account of the content of the Tender Documents, and to comply with the relevant instructions contained herein. 6.12 The IE Bid files should include supporting documents and information as set out below.

6.6 AdditionallyFor reasons of saving time and facilitating the IE Bidders, all of the documentation included in the original Tender Dossier shall also be submitted in electronic formsubject to paragraph 6.7, saved on a non-rewritable electronic device (e.g. CDpublic documents relating to foreign persons, DVD) and in an easily accessible format as follows:
(a) an electronic data storage device which shall exclusively include the contents of subfolder A of the Tender Dossier and which shall be within the enclosed subfolder A and (b) an electronic data storage device which shall exclusively include the content of subfolder B of the Tender Dossier and which shall be within the enclosed subfolder B.
6.7 Original documents are in any language other than Greek Greek, may be submitted in this language, on condition that they are accompanied by an official translation in Greek (in accordance with the applicable Greek legislation).
