Tender of Cargo. Cargo will be tendered by Amazon or any Amazon designee under the Carrier’s air waybills, prepared, labeled, securely packaged, and ready for transportation by the Aircraft along with the: (a) shipment destination; (b) name and address of the recipient; (c) nature of the cargo; (d) particular marks/numbers used; (e) weight, quantity, volume, and dimensions of cargo; and (f) any special circumstances or handling information, and otherwise in accordance with all applicable Laws.
