Tendering Resignation. A teacher’s resignation shall be effective upon the signature of the Superintendent or designee.
Tendering Resignation. The Employee agrees that after termination of his employment, he will, upon the request of the Employer, tender his resignation from any position he may hold as an officer or director of the Employer or its subsidiaries. Doing so will not reduce the obligations of the Employer described herein.
