Common use of TennCare Kids Services Clause in Contracts

TennCare Kids Services. As applicable to Provider, Provider acknowledges and agrees that Provider is aware of the benefits that TennCare Kids offers and which requires Provider to make treatment decisions based upon children’s individual medical and behavioral health needs, in accordance with the requirements of Section A.2.7.6 of the CRA, which are incorporated into this Appendix and shall be provided to Provider upon request.

TennCare Kids Services. As applicable to ProviderProvider in performance of the Agreement, Provider acknowledges and agrees that Provider is aware of the benefits that TennCare Kids offers and which requires Provider to make treatment decisions based upon children’s individual medical and behavioral health needs, in accordance with the requirements of Section A.2.7.6 of the CRA, which are incorporated into this Appendix and shall be provided to Provider upon request.
