TENNECO ACTION PRIOR TO THE DISTRIBUTION. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, Tenneco shall take, or cause to be taken, the following acts or actions in connection with, and to otherwise effect in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Distribution.
