Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company. The assets and activities of Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company for Pre-Distribution Periods that comprise the Xxxxxx Manufacturing Company Division, the Tenneco Automotive Headquarters Division, and the Tenneco Brakes Division, as jointly determined by Industrial Company and Tenneco in accordance with past practices, shall be combined and treated as a separate corporate entity which is a member of the Industrial Group. 18.02
