Tenured and Tenure-Track Promotion and Tenure Application Procedure. A. In the event that an eligible tenured or tenure-track faculty member desires to apply for a promotion and/or tenure, he/she shall make application with the Xxxxxxx by the close of business on the 15th working day of Fall semester of the year prior to the academic year in which such promotion would take effect, if granted. The application shall be submitted by the Bargaining Unit Member electronically as two (2) pdf files (one file will contain the application, the second file will contain the Appendix with bookmarks to each section), on a thumb drive provided by administration (Xxxx) and be organized and contain the information listed below:
