This Agreement has been drawn up in both the Indonesian and English languages and both texts are valid. In the event of any divergency between the two texts, however, the English text shall prevail and shall be considered the official text. Term 1. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until October 29, 1997 (the "Initial Term"), and thereafter shall automatically extend for additional, successive twelve (12) month terms unless earlier terminated as provided below.
