TERM AND AGREEMENT. 2.1 This Agreement commences on the Commencement Date and continues until terminated in accordance with its terms (Term). 2.2 The relationship between the parties shall be governed by the terms of this Agreement and each Statement of Work until both are terminated in accordance with their terms.
