Term and Automatic Termination. If by the tenth anniversary of the Effective Date there has been no Material Commencement of Construction of any Natural Gas Pipeline, then this Agreement will automatically terminate on that date, unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties.

Term and Automatic Termination. This Agreement will become effective as of the date first written above and will remain in effect as long as the Operating Agreement (the " Operating Agreement") between the LICENSEE and GMAC is in effect or unless earlier terminated as provided herein.
