Term and Budget. The term is defined in Section 2 of the MOU. NJBPU will provide the $26,576,000 RMI Fee in such amounts and at such times as set forth in the MOU, including those in Attachment A.
Term and Budget. The Term is May 15, 2020 through March 15, 2021. NJDOH will provide $2,000,000 to NJII for the Project.
