Term and Delivery Term6. This Agreement is effective on the Effective Date and, unless earlier terminated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement or by written agreement of the Parties, will remain in effect through the 15th anniversary of the Commercial Operation Date (as may be extended by mutual agreement of the Parties, the “Term”). The delivery term under this Agreement (the “Delivery Term”) includes the period from and including the Commercial Operation Date and continuing through the end of the Term.
