Term and Option Terms. Subject to and upon the conditions set forth herein, the term of this Lease shall commence on January 3, 2006, (the “commencement date”) and shall terminate on December 31, 2010. Lessee shall have two (2) options to extend the term of the Lease for additional terms of three (3) years each provided Lessee shall give Lessor one hundred eighty (180) days notice prior to the expiration of the initial term (or first option term) of its election to exercise such option and provided further that Lessee is not in default of the Lease at the time of such exercise (beyond any applicable notice and cure period).

  • Term and Renewal Options The term of service is 24 months (Initial Term). Following the expiration of the Initial Term, service under this option will continue on a month-to-month basis subject to the terms and conditions, including rates and discounts set forth under this option (Extension Term). The Company or the Customer may elect to forego the Extension Term by providing the other party written notice at least 60 days prior to the expiration of the Initial Term. Either party may terminate service during the Extension Term by providing the other party at least 60 days prior written notice. Term shall mean the Initial Term and the Extension Term.

  • Option Terms Subject to earlier termination as provided herein, the Nonqualified Option shall expire on the 10th anniversary of the date of grant of Nonqualified Option, which anniversary shall be [xx/xx/xx]. The period during which the Nonqualified Option is in effect is referred to as the “Option Period”.

  • Option Term This option shall have a term of ten (10) years measured from the Grant Date and shall accordingly expire at the close of business on the Expiration Date, unless sooner terminated in accordance with Paragraph 5 or 6.

  • Extended Terms The Term of this Agreement may be extended by the Manager if the Resident applies in writing for an “Extension” in accordance with the Managers published policies about Term Extensions. Extensions are subject to availability. Priority will be given to Residents travelling from great distances, who demonstrate a special need, or who are enrolled in orientation or academic programs that begin early or continue beyond the Residence Term. Extensions may also be granted for any ‘Early Move-In’, ‘Late Move-Out’ or ‘Summer Residence’ programs offered by the Manager. Residents granted Extensions are subject to the fees detailed in Table 3. Any Resident found occupying a Room outside of the Term without approval from the Manager are subject to additional fees over and above those detailed in Table 3.   • Common Terms In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Common Terms and the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail, subject always to compliance with clause 10 (Non-Petition and Limited Recourse) of the Common Terms.
