TERM AND RENEGOTIATION OF AGREEMENT. A. The terms contained in this Agreement shall be effective when signed by both parties and run through August 31, 2020. B. On or before May 1, of the final contract year, the parties shall meet to identify and discuss issues each intends to present in bargaining. On or before June 1 of the final contract year, the parties shall exchange all written proposals for negotiations of a successor Agreement to take effect upon expiration of this Agreement. Negotiations will be conducted at times mutually agreeable to the negotiators named by each party.
