Term and Termination Default. a. This Agreement shall commence when signed by both parties ("Effective Date") and shall continue until terminated pursuant to Subsection 2.a or this Section 5. Subscriber may terminate this Agreement at any time upon three (3) months' prior written notice to Licensor. Licensor may terminate this Agree-ment immediately at any time for any reason.
