Term and Termination of Agreement Without Cause. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue for three (3) years (the "Initial Term") from the first day that Processing Services are actually provided for by Bank unless terminated earlier as provided below. After the Initial Term, the Agreement shall automatically extend for additional periods of one year each (a "Renewal Term").
