Term and Termination of Sub. Advisers' Obligations and Rights. The Sub-Adviser's obligations under Sections 3.1 and 3.2, and its rights under Section 3.3, shall begin as of the date the Sub-Adviser becomes a signatory hereto and shall end upon the earlier of the termination of this Agreement, the Management Agreement or the Sub-Advisory Agreement.
