Term and Use Restrictions. Licensee shall not enter into any Sublicensing Arrangement or third party arrangement for a TIN Branded Experience: (i) with a term that is longer than the remaining Term; (ii) that provides for Broadcast of Licensed Content outside the Territory; (iii) that does not require geo-filtering outside the Territory (substantially consistent with Section 3.7(a)(iii)); and (iv) that would cause Licensed Content to be distributed on an adult entertainment site or platform.
