Term B-2 Loan Commitment Fee Clause Samples

Term B-2 Loan Commitment Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent for the ratable account of the Lenders in accordance with their Term B-2 Loan Commitment, a commitment fee at the rate per annum equal to 0.75% (computed on the basis of a year of 360 days and the actual number of days elapsed) on the average daily Unused Term B-2 Loan Commitments. Such commitment fee shall be payable in arrears on December 31, 2006, March 31, 2007 and April 30, 2007, or, if earlier on the date the Project Arch Acquisition is completed.
