Common use of Term Base Rate Loans Clause in Contracts

Term Base Rate Loans. Each Term Loan that is a Base Rate Loan made or maintained by a Lender shall bear interest (computed on the basis of a year of 360 days (or, at times when the Base Rate is based on the Prime Rate, 365 or 366 days, as the case may be) and the actual days elapsed) on the unpaid principal amount thereof from the date such Loan is advanced or created by conversion from a Term Benchmark Loan until, but excluding, the date of repayment thereof at a rate per annum equal to the sum of the Applicable Margin plus the Base Rate from time to time in effect, payable in arrears on each Fiscal Quarter End Date and at maturity (whether by acceleration or otherwise).
