Term, CHANGE OF CONTROL and Exclusivity. 13.1 (a) This SUPPLY AGREEMENT shall be effective from the EFFECTIVE DATE II and shall run for an initial period of five (5) years unless sooner terminated in accordance with Section 13.1(b). Thereafter, unless terminated by either PARTY effective at the end of each calendar year upon six (6) months prior written notice, this SUPPLY AGREEMENT will be automatically extended by twelve (12) months.
