Term; Delivery of Possession. a. Except as otherwise provided in the Lease and subject to paragraph 1 above, the term of the Lease for the rental of the Additional Premises shall commence on July 8, 1999, or on such later date as possession of the Premises is delivered to Lessee (“Additional Premises Commencement Date”), and, unless sooner terminated, as hereinafter provided, shall end on May 31, 2007.
