If your program license does not specify a term, the program license is perpetual and shall continue unless terminated as otherwise provided in the agreement. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 Year Terms: A program license specifying a 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 Year Term shall commence on the effective date of the order and shall continue for the specified period. At the end of the specified period the program license shall terminate.
