Common use of TERM; EXERCISE Clause in Contracts

TERM; EXERCISE. Except to the extent otherwise provided in Paragraphs 4 and 8 hereof, the Option cannot be exercised after the close of business on April 1, 1999 (the "Termination Date"). The Option may be exercised at any time or from time to time prior to the Termination Date as to any part or all of the Shares in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
