Term; Existing Premises. The Term of the Lease with respect to the Existing Premises is hereby extended for the period commencing as of March 1, 2026 through the date that is sixty-seven (67) months after the Expansion Commencement Date, which shall be the new “Term Expiration Date” under the Lease.
