Term Job Coaching Plan. The person’s Short-Term Job Coaching Employment Program Plan shall be developed consistent with the consumer’s IPE in terms of the employment goal, work hours per week and other relevant factors. It must contain the description of the job development (if applicable) and integrated work setting services to be provided and the provision for periodic monitoring to ensure progress towards meeting the goal.
