Common use of Term Limitation Clause in Contracts

Term Limitation. If term employment of an employee extends beyond five (5) years in the aggregate, the employee will be granted non-probationary indeterminate employment status. The employee’s seniority shall then date back to the original date of hire. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, term employees shall be entitled to all provisions provided under this Agreement. Pension and Benefit Coverage
