Common use of Term Loan Advances Clause in Contracts

Term Loan Advances. Except as set forth in Section 2.3(b), the Term Loan Advances shall bear interest, on the outstanding Daily Balance thereof, at a rate equal to the greater of (A) one half of one percent (0.50%) above the Prime Rate or (B) five and one half percent (5.50%).

Term Loan Advances. Except as set forth in Section 2.3(b), the Term Loan Advances shall bear interest, on the outstanding Daily Balance thereof, at a fixed rate per annum equal to the greater of (A) one half of one six percent (0.50%) above the Prime Rate or (B) five and one half percent (5.506.00%).

Term Loan Advances. Except as set forth in Section 2.3(b), the Term Loan Advances shall bear interest, on the outstanding Daily Balance thereof, at a rate equal to the greater of (A) one half of one three-quarters percent (0.500.75%) above the Prime Rate or (B) five and one half percent (5.50%)Rate.
