Common use of Term Loan Agreement Clause in Contracts

Term Loan Agreement. The Administrative Agent (or its counsel) shall have received from each party hereto either (i) a counterpart of this Agreement signed on behalf of such party or (ii) written evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may include facsimile transmission of a signed signature page of this Agreement) that such party has signed a counterpart of this Agreement.

Term Loan Agreement. The Administrative Agent (or its counsel) shall have received from each party hereto either (i) a counterpart of this Agreement signed on behalf of such party or (ii) written evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may include facsimile or other electronic transmission of a signed signature page of this Agreement) that such party has signed a counterpart of this Agreement.

The Administrative Agent (or its counsel) shall have received from each party hereto either (i5) a counterpart of this Agreement signed on behalf of such party or (ii5) written evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may include facsimile transmission of a signed signature page of this Agreement) that such party has signed a counterpart of this Agreement.

Term Loan Agreement. The Administrative Agent (or its counsel) shall have received from counterparts of the Term Loan Agreement executed by a duly authorized officer of each party hereto either (i) a counterpart of this Agreement signed on behalf of such party or (ii) written evidence thereto, and in each case in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may include facsimile transmission of a signed signature page of this Agreement) that such and all other agreements, documents, certificates and Instruments to be delivered by any party has signed a counterpart of this Agreementthereto in connection with therewith.
